By creating an account, uploading files, or downloading files from BIOS Nexus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our website.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials of your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

  • You must not upload any malicious files (viruses, malware, ransomware). All uploaded files are scanned via automated systems (such as VirusTotal).

  • You must not use our platform to distribute copyrighted materials without authorization.

3. Service Scope & Download Quotas

  • BIOS Nexus provides motherboard BIOS files, schematics, boardviews, and community discussions.

  • We enforce daily and weekly download limits (quotas) to protect system resources. Attempting to bypass these quotas using multiple accounts, scripts, VPNs, or proxies is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

  • Premium subscriptions grant enhanced download quotas and features subject to billing terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Warning: Motherboard flashing, BIOS patching, and hardware troubleshooting carry inherent risks of hardware damage ("bricking"). All files and schematics are provided "as is" without warranty. BIOS Nexus and its contributors are not responsible for any motherboard bricking, data loss, or hardware failures caused by files downloaded from our site.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms of Service (such as uploading infected files, abusing quotas, or spamming).
